Altris Thermal, LLC (“Altris”) is a Utah limited liability company and a dealer of Thermal
Resource Technologies, Inc. an Indiana corporation that does business as Solar America
Solutions (“Solar America”). “Dealer” means a non-exclusive sub-dealer that has signed the
Altris’s General Terms and Conditions.
Dealer has been appointed as Company’s sub-dealer. Dealer agree to comply with all of the
terms, conditions, and obligations stated in these policies and procedures.
Altris is not the manufacturer, seller, or supplier of the Products. Altris will transmit Dealer’s
payment for the Products to Solar America.
